To repair the monitor, place it on a table, with the screen down.

To remove the monitor case, turn it with the screen down on a table.

Just for fun- ( You don´t need to do this momemt)
    I measure the value of R459 (with OHM-meter )

Resistor R459 nominal value are 10 Mohm.
    I messured 9,89 Mohm (9M89).

Step 3: Make R459 lower (resistanse -Ohm) value

To regain the original quality of the P1110 monitor,
we are going to substitute ther original R459 (10MOhm)
with a resistor in the range of 4,7 MOhm (4M7) to 6,8MOhm (6M8).

Lower value result in darker monitor

    I selected 5.6 MOhm resistor (5M6)

!!! An other way to remove the original Resistor -cutting off R459`s both component legs...

    Insert a new Resistor.

By bending the original resistor down,
I got a nice mounting hole for the right side Resistor leg.
The left side is just soldered to the original resistors left legs
